track record in recruiting of pediatric advanced practice and nursing leaders. She is a determined supporter of NAPNAP,

Jill Gilliland is a speaker and publicist on areas such as job strategies, branding and marketing, pediatric critical

Sharla Jackson is our Executive Talent Specialist. She enjoys working in one-on-one interactions with
pediatric nurses as she helps candidates in their job search strategy. Sharla has strong interpersonal
communication skills and a solid understanding of pediatric healthcare. She is committed to customer-service
and helping candidates in the difficult process of finding a new job that is the right fit. Her professionalism
is a companion to her integrity and all candidates are treated with respect and promptness.
Sharla's 13 years of experience as an Office Manager in the healthcare industry and 10 years experience in the
Recruiting/Human Resources industry provides a strong industry knowledge and recruiting background. Melnic

Dodie Sampson
Dodie Sampson is our Executive Marketing Specialist. Her extensive background in human resources, training
and development and corporate communications led to her current role with Melnic Consulting. She is committed
