If you have a background in pediatrics and critical care medicine with experience in hospital education, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to become the Clinical Nurse Specialist Nurse Educator/Education Consultant in critical care at this leading academic children’s hospital. The pediatric CNS in this role will be responsible for revising the orientation program for critical care nurses, particularly those who are new employees at the hospital. They will identify needs and design, develop, implement, conduct, promote and evaluate an orientation program that prepares graduate nurses for critical care practice within the organization.
