The Director of Innovation and Outcomes will provide strategic leadership and vision to the department, creating a progressive agenda in the Division of Nursing to support high-quality clinical programs and exemplary outcomes. The department agenda will encompass evidence-based practice (EBP), research, continuous Magnet designation, quality patient safety initiatives, managing nursing outcome data sets, nursing related and interdisciplinary regulatory compliance practices, and provision of state-of-the-art library services.

Qualifications:
